International - Duties/taxes are the customer’s responsibility; refusal of delivery may result in fees we must deduct from any refund. Warm‑Weather Advisory - Chocolate and other melt‑prone goods are shipped with care but can be affected by heat. Choose faster shipping and bring packages inside quickly. Lost / Stolen - If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first; then contact us and we’ll help investigate.
