Where do you ship from?
Most orders ship from Florida. Some limited items may ship directly from Japan — if so, we’ll note that on the product page.
Do you guarantee freshness / expiry dates?
Yes. We publish best‑by/expiry windows on product pages when applicable and avoid shipping items that are near expiry unless clearly marked as a discounted short‑dated item.
Are your products authentic?
100%. We source through authorized distributors and retail partners. If you ever have doubts, contact us — we’ll provide origin details.
How long will my order take?
Processing is typically 1–3 business days. Transit times vary by carrier and destination (usually 2–5 business days within the US). Pre‑orders and Japan‑origin items will list their own timelines.
What if something arrives damaged or melted?
Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order #. We’ll make it right according to our Refund Policy below.
