Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind every item we ship. If something goes wrong, email hello@neonpantry.com within 7 days of delivery for food/beverage issues and 30 days for non-perishable goods (apparel/merch/accessories). Include your order # and clear photos if there’s damage.

Eligibility

  • Food & beverage: Eligible only for damage, defect, spoilage at delivery, or incorrect item. Opened consumables are not returnable unless we made an error.
  • Non-perishables: Unused, in original packaging, returnable within 30 days.
  • Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale, Limited Drop, or Short-Dated aren’t returnable unless defective at delivery.

Process

  1. Contact us for approval and, if applicable, a prepaid label when the issue is our error.
  2. Once inspected, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customer pays return shipping on discretionary returns.

Carrier Damage & Heat

Report visible damage to the carrier when possible. Hot weather can affect certain items; consider expedited shipping in warm months.

Wrong Address / Unclaimed

Returned packages due to address issues can be reshipped for postage cost or refunded (minus shipping).

Exchanges

Place a new order and return eligible items per the above.
